Charlotte Voake (born 1957) is a Welsh children's illustrator who has won several awards including the Nestlé Smarties Book Prize in 1997. Voake was born and raised in Wales.

Charlotte Voake (born 1957) is a Welsh children's illustrator who has won several awards including the Nestlé Smarties Book Prize in 1997. She studied art history at the University of London where she also illustrated her first book. She has both written and illustrated her own books and illustrated books for other authors including Julia Donaldson. Voake lives in Surrey, England with her husband and two children.

Charlotte Voake was born in 1957 in Wales, and was brought up in Chepstow and the Wirral. She studied art history at the University of London. She worked for a short time at the Bluecoat Gallery in Liverpool and illustrated her first children's book while still at University. She has illustrated many books for other authors, as well as producing her own picture books, among them Ginger (1997) and Pizza Kittens (2002). The former won a Nestlé Smarties Book Prize (Gold Award) and the latter a Nestlé Smarties Book (Silver Award).
