Differs from most IBM Redbooks in that the structure of the book is well designed and the writing is clear. This book is a great addition to network operation center reference libraries. I also appreciated the way the team who compiled this book used well thought-out illustrations. It will serve network professionals, as well as developers who write TCP/IP application-layer utilities, well as a ready reference. I only wish more of books in the Redbook series were as well written or illustrated.
