In this book, Dr Orskov describes the many livestock projects in which he has been involved. He explains how one project leads to another and sometimes the end of a trail cannot be recognized from the beginning of the trail . It is postulated that the reward systems need to be changed from rewards based on publications in international journals and trade support to one based on impact on income generation for small farmers.
