Those who jump in and complete the exercises may be pleasantly surprised. Also inspiring is the author's use of analogy. Read these Bible verses about forgiveness and be encouraged to find the power to forgive. Find healing from past hurts and pain with God's help. In light of our new beginning, God commands that in return, we forgive others and extend grace as we have been shown grace. It can be one of the hardest things we face in life! The pain and hurt others cause us is real and great. But, the pain of living with bitterness and unforgiveness can poison your soul and destroy you. When we forgive others, we are not saying what they did was OK, but we are releasing them to God and letting go of it's hold on us.

I found this to be a beautiful book on accepting ourselves and others with all our foibles and flaws and moving beyond our tendency to dwell on imperfections and mistakes and instead looking with loving and forgiving eyes and hearts at the community of humankind. The author helped me to view myself as inseparable from everything and everyone else in the universe, and to strive to find the lessons and opportunities for spiritual growth in all circumstances. This book is a treasure, full of wisdom and hope.

This book is astounding, to say the least! I truly wish more would teach this type of forgiveness.

For me, especially chapter 13, this book changed my entire outlook about forgiveness. It was if a whole new perspective was just waiting to be found.

Thank you so very much Bill for sharing your gift of writing!!!!
