Wow, for a relatively short book (116 pages, including glossary and index), it sure is chock full of information and it covers a wide range of subjects. I tend to read a lot about health and wellness topics, but I was surprised by how many new things I learned from reading this book. It is also an easy read -- straightforward and in plain language, not a bunch of jargon nor unnecessary "filler". All-in-all, I think this would be a helpful resource for anyone -- I ended up buying extra copies for people that I care about :)

This is a book by Charles B. Inlander, which seemed like a decent brief how to manual. It focuses on many different healthy ways of, what I would say learning how to control yourself emotionally; basically a how to manual for managing stress more efficiently.
