great gift
Original
It's a fundamental book for those herpetologists that work with capture-recapture ecology studies.
All the groups are reviewed, including tadpoles.
Very nice book!

Great review of traditional marking techniques in the literature. Lacking in potential further applications that are less invasive...but a great starting point for all researchers working on herps.
