Bliss snapped at the younger girl irritably, causing her face to fall

Only Beatrice Small has the ability to draw you in hook, line and sinker. Beautiful story, of love lost, and found. Overcoming obstacles for a love that blossoms between two families, and how each finds love that lasts a lifetime. A Great Book, a must read.

I am a fan of Bertrice Small, and I am also an addict for anything that has to do with the Tudor family of England. So, this book was perfect for me. It is classic Bertrice: the spunky, sensual heroine who is dropped into a critical historical moment. In this case, Blaze Wyndham lands like a bonbon into the lap of England's notorious monarch, King Henry VIII. Great reading! Sensual adventure! Beautiful jewels and wardrobes! Food so well written that you wish you were there eating it. And great sex. What is not to love?
