His Miracle Baby book

His Miracle Baby book. Why had Ellie left him?Morgan didn't know. This is a nice reunion romance between a couple who had fallen madly in love but failed to communicate. The hero in particular was guilty of holding secrets that would have changed everything had he been open and honest. The heroine Ellie believed she had no other choice in the decision she made based on the limited understanding of Morgan's aversion to children. Once again Kate Walker puts together explosive passion and adds the charm of a baby. I really enjoyed the story.

This book is in good condition but will show signs of previous ownership. Please expect some creasing to the spine and/or minor damage to the cover.

I have to say, I really enjoyed His Miracle Baby, by Kate Walker

I have to say, I really enjoyed His Miracle Baby, by Kate Walker. One of Kate's trademark strong, vibrant, passionate heroes, Morgan yet has a depth that escapes many writers of short contemporary romance.

I'm sorry but this was horrible! It literally took me 6 times over a month period to finish it I am a very fast reader (l have been known to read 400 page books in one day!) So the fact that it took me so long to read this book should say a lot! I don't read many novels where I end up not liking the female character and feeling sorry for the male...but in this case it's true. The h was such a dramatic crybaby...and just not likeable. And the H was just so naive! The whole book was really just a boring over dramatized mess 90% of the book was inner dialogue about their feelings And WAY too much of description of everything from facial expressions to the rooms they walked into it was all just ridiculous! And when I finally got to the end of this mess the explanation as to why they both acted like dramatic teenagers...was jus like the rest of this book... ridiculous! I don't want to give away to many details about this book just take my word for it save your money.

I needed a Harlequin pregnancy plot line fix and this fit the bill. Because she loved him she was content to settle for the less and agreed to the no babies and no permanency conditions he set for the relationship. When she accidentally conceives, she knows he'll be livid and decides she wants more for herself and her baby. She leaves letting him think it was for another man even though she of course still loves him.
Not a new plot device of course, but the author handles it well and provides a bit of twist in why our guy (I won't say hero here because he's a rather bitter and vindictive bastard when the story opens.) does not want marriage and kid. Enjoyable quick read.

It was enough to keep me occupied during a hurricane where the power was lost, but not that great of a read. Frustrated a lot with the words used to express emotion. Ugh. ????

This was a very good romance. The heroine, who really loved the hero, leaves when she discovers she is pregnant with his child. The hero is adamant about no children ever, with fairly good reasons at the time -n his relationships with women. He tracks the heroine down in Cornwall & is shocked to discover she has had a child- a girl- & is outraged she could have cheated on him- which she didn't. It comes a complete surprise that the child is his since he's growing very attached to her everyday. The heroine fears there's no place for her other than the child's mother in the hero's life. Of course there's a HEA for everyone! Very enjoyable!

It's a quick okay read, but I thought it jumped around a bit. Ellie and Moran also left a lot to be desired.

The plot of His Miracle Baby by Kate Walker is very poignant: a man who thought due to medical reasons, that he would never be able to father a child, finds out that he has a child. The cover should be updated to a more stylist modern day mode. The current cover makes me think of the 50s. The novelist handle the story's plot well, however, the story did drag a bit in areas. All in all, the happy ending is there and the 'family image' is preserved. I read the novel in 4 hours. The language is readable, very few errors in diction or punctuation.
Great book!loved it
