He resides in sourthern Florida. At the time of this encounter, he'd never heard of the Bermuda Triangle, but he knew that something significant had happened to him. He thought about it every day and went over every detail. He wanted to make sure that he would remember it just as it happened. Then, more than a year later, he saw an interview on television with two men who were talking about strange events in the Caribbean. They used the term "Bermuda Triangle.

Gernon believes that a rare natural phenomenon may be behind many of the seemingly paranormal happenings in the Triangle, causing time distortions, pilot disorientation, and equipment malfunctions. But the notorious Bermuda Triangle hasn't given up all its secrets.

The Fog presents pilot Bruce Gernon's groundbreaking new theory. I had always suspected that the area where his plane went down was in the Bermuda Triangle zone, which this book documents, and I always knew that he was too careful a pilot to have made any risks for anyone's safety.

The Fog presents pilot Bruce Gernon's dramatic encounter with the heart of the Bermuda Triangle and his groundbreaking theory on electronic fog, which he is convinced is at the source of the Bermuda Triangle phenomenon. The Fog also delves into the disappearance of Flight 19-five navy bombers that vanished on a routine training mission-and encounters with the phenomenon by Christopher Columbus and Charles Lindbergh.

In the first half, expert in mysteries of the unknown Rob MacGregor and Bruce Gernon (a pilot who has witnessed some strange occurrences) discussed unexplained encounters in the Bermuda Triangle and elsewhere involving such phenomena as "electronic fog," inter-dimensional portals, and UFOs. Gernon detailed his own experience flying through electronic fog while piloting a plane through a storm in the Bermuda Triangle over Andros Island.

Electronic Fog – Rob MacGregor and Bruce Gernon in their book, The Fog: A Never Before Published Theory of the Bermuda Triangle Phenomenon, describe the appearance of an electronic fog that appeared on December 4, 1970. The cloud formed a tunnel-like shape and their description eerily matched that of time tunnels depicted in science fiction.

In fact such phenomena has been known to the natives here since ages and an ancient belief says there is an underwater monster that breathes in and out. During inhalation it can suck in human beings easily or even ships. However the real facts have now been known. If a ship was to hit one of these reefs it could cause the ship to sink in the deep ocean trenches.

Whatever happened to Flight 19―five Navy bombers that vanished on a routine training mission―and the untold numbers of others who have disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle? What can we learn from intrepid adventurers like Christopher Columbus, Charles Lindbergh, and Bruce Gernon―the co-author of this book―who survived frightening encounters in the Triangle and lived to tell the tale?

The Fog presents pilot Bruce Gernon’s groundbreaking new theory of the Bermuda Triangle, based upon his own firsthand experiences, eyewitness reports from other close-call Triangle survivors, and leading scientific research. Gernon believes that a rare natural phenomenon may be behind many of the seemingly paranormal happenings in the Triangle, causing time distortions, pilot disorientation, and equipment malfunctions.

This book opens up an amazing natural phenomenon that needs to be studied on a scientific level. A localized natural event that interacts with sea vessels and aircraft that come near it. The next questions we need to ask after reading this book are: "Is this thing intelligent and are world governments covering this up?" This book complements another must read book with the same exact phenomenon reports that occur "on land". The other book is called Time Storms: The Amazing Evidence of Time Warps, Space Rifts and Time Travel by Jenny Randles. If you haven't read The Fog and Time Storms you need to. Great reads and I was reading The Fog on a plane trip for added excitement! If you can imagine me at 30,000 feet up, reading this thing and freaking out about this phenomenon then you know this book was not only good it was fantastic!

In the past few years a lot of New ideas have come to the fore, this taken together with works on the electric universe might go some way to explaining what's happening within the triangle and when understood and harnessed might open up a new horizon for us all

This book explained recent experiences. I saw a Discovery program on the Bermuda Triangle which featured Bruce Gernon and his experience flying from Andros Island to Miami. The spiraling effect they used to illustrate the plane flying into the clouds reminded me of spirals I experienced, but from the outside, in January 2010. This book makes so much sense and I'm very grateful to Mr. Gernon for writing it.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered this book, but it has turned out to be quite interesting. To have this happen once is scary enough,
but to go through it twice means something is happening in that area, whether man-made or natural. What AUTEC is really doing there should be
open to the public.

This book held my attention through out. The information is really good. My daughter is a beginning pilot and I have warned her about what is in this book. I think this should be a must read for all pilots.

Bruce Gernon seems very credible, and his experience, as well as those of others described in the book, give readers capable of being open-minded something to ponder and research.

Does a good job of bringing together a lot of individual stories. Draws conclusions based on commonality across the various occurrences.

I feel like i have a better understanding of what is going on in the Bermuda Triangle now.
Quick delivery, excellent shape upon receipt and a very very ineresting read. Some may want to dismiss this theory; however, I think time should be invested to find out more about this event and learn more about how it possible that this happened. All good!
