This book was purchased so that I have some record of the devastation that was wrought by Hurrican Ike. After the storm, though we had power in 72 hours, our cable was out so I had no idea of how our neighbors in Galveston and surrounding areas were doing. I am glad to have this book to fill in the gaps in my understanding.
