Zbr
The only problems I have with this book is that is does NOT show the toxicity parameters for humans (i.e. is it toxic? what dose is toxic? does it accumulate? does it excrete?)
I realize human toxicity is difficult, if not impossible, to measure, but since this book was referenced in another as showing why we should not eat too many plants, I'm a bit disappointed. Obviously, the refering book is the culprit, and maybe I was hoping for more than can be delivered....
Still and all, this book is definitely a keeper, and I'll do so for future reference.

By the way, if anyone out there DOES know of a book that details toxicity in humans, please let me know....
:) Thanks!

This book is many decades old, and much newer information is now available, but it still presents a good analysis of the subject.
