I prefer it to Gray's Anatomy for Student's because it's much more concise and to the point than the latter. The book is wonderfully illustrated, containing coloured images of the original Gray's anatomy as well as images from Sobbota's atlas.

So happy that there were still copies out in circulation. I used these books by this author when I was in Massage School in 2004 and was able to buy a copy for my wife to use as she is studying to be a Massage Therapist. All Massage Schools should look to have these books for their students to learn from.

I have had the opportunity to use Graf's Anatomy as both a student and an instructor in a massage therapy program. This text is clearly written and illustrated, achieving its goal as it presents what is most pertinent for the massage therapist out of the vast field of human anatomy. As a physical therapist with extensive education in human anatomy, I can attest that Graf's really highlights the most clinically useful information for massage therapists! This is an excellent foundation for qualified therapists and quality bodywork, and I highly recommend this text.
