This book and its companion "Projects in Machine Intelligence for Your Home Computer" introduced me to machine learning before it was fashionable.

Fully documented by Mr. Heiserman in great detail, but beyond my time and resources

This 1981 book introduced me to "Evolutionary Adaptive Machine Intelligence" using a series of experiments written in Level II Basic. They were very thought-provoking. I was hoping to find a new edition of this book for use on an IBM-compatible microcomputer with a more recent version of Basic, such as GW-Basic. I'd love to find such an update.
