I have tried many other programs with limited results. When I got my hands on this book a while back, I read it and simply tossed it aside, never to look at it again. Frustrated with my current routine, I was looking for something new that would work. Then I found this program in a pile of books and the rest is history. In one month, I have managed to build broader shoulders, bigger arms, and develop my back and chest in way that I have not been able to in the past 8 months of training. It guides you every step of the way, from which exercises to perform on which day, the rep range, rest time. It includes techniques such as triple drop sets, supersets and failure sets. Also details how to eat, receipes and supplements and an exercise guide on how to perform all exercises in the program. It is kind of sad that I had this book for so long and only decided to use it now. I could have saved myself alot of wasted time. I recommend this book to anyone who is frustrated with their current routune and is looking for a way to build some serious muscle.

i had been working out for years before i read this book.. and it showed me how much i didn't know about muscles growth... first of all this is more like a magazine than a book which made it more fun for me to read.. it explains how muscles grow in weight training.. and then it gives you ten mistakes that most people make in weight training..(which showed me why i haven't been improving) then it gives you some recomendation on what supplements you need for maximum growth..and it tells you how much carbs,protein,calories you need each day.. and finally it shows you a 32pages of the most detailed training schedule i have ever seen.. how many sets,reps,how many seconds you should rest...

if you have been working out for a long time and woundering why you haven't been improving.. read this book and you'll know the key to muscle growth..
