i gave this book to my son, who loves Scotland and loves to cook. It arrived just in time, was packaged well, and was interesting and informative about cooking and history of food in Scotland. I believe he will enjoy it. I would buy from this seller again.

I would recommend this particular cookbook for the scone recipe alone. It's gotten my family through more breakfasts and teas and midnight snacks than I can count.
