This book gives an overview of how property tax is assessed and how to file an appeal. It covers the basics very well. In this regard, this book helps to fill in information that's hard to come by otherwise. That is not a fortune, but he says he is really pleased with his lower tax bill. Another fact that makes this book valuable is the annual savings I might get by checking for the proper market values each year and then comparing them to amounts assigned to our Homeowners Insurance.
