Brilliant workbook - this has really clarified a bunch of things for me, and having thought them all through I feel more secure in my decisions (especially regarding price setting and cash flow). The advice about networking has really helped too; why it is so important and how to manage your database of contacts. I don't usually feel compelled to complete the exercises in this style of book, but in this case I have written on most pages - and neatly for future reference!

The title is good, but was first published in the early 2000's. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone starting a business any time after 2010. A lot of the information is generic and outdated. I hate to do such a negative review, but needed to help out the next buyer before you spend your cash on it. I would NOT recommend it.
