The selection of cases is astonishing. For example, take the one case the book has on misrepresentation. However, I did not expect to see such an amount of these things on the casebook; thus, this item should have been qualified as "acceptable" instead of "good". Poor selection, given it deals with a very obscure point. The case itself has been criticized as wrong. The holding in so many of the cases is not actually explained. You'll often find yourself reading 5 pages of fact and 1 paragraph explaining the court's reasoning.
