It's better organized than the previous edition. Plus it incorporates new WHO criteria/guidelines. I sold my older one here and "upgraded" to this edition. Online search is also better.

Very happy with this edition. Have liked the updates. Seems to have hit the entities I see a lot in a general path practice. Glad I made the purchase.

I love this book, not only for GI, but liver too. Very well written.

Newly updated and renovated. This is the go to source for GI pathology (third edition). I also have Lewin, Weinstein and Riddell's new book (second edition). Both are good, but if you have to choose between the two this is the one b/c it is slightly better written and also includes pancreas and liver pathology.

This is an excellent reference book but I remove two stars for the terrible online access interface (through ExpertConsult).
I don't think there is any other GI path book as good as this. I have purchased each of the three editions as they were published.
