If you need this book for an AJ class or an administrative law class you will find it new, interesting and having a twist to it, if your just starting your classes; very interesting. If however, you have already had many law classes you may find the first half of the book as a big review from all of your other classes. It is designed to be and is focused on the element of evidence both in civil and criminal law, with a focal point of being in criminal law. It touches on prosecutors and defendants angles, responsibilities in using evidence in a case and some repercussions for falling short in a performance. Over all a source of criminal law history and structure with a focus on criminal evidence in a class room text book format. Get it if you need it, otherwise dont waste your time.

Pricey, but not as much as going through my school bookstore. I love that I got to read it on my Kindle App before the book came. I will be buying my other school books from Amazon because of this!

Not for casual reading, but a great reference for anyone involved in investigation or criminal law enforcement.
