According to Tom Farbo's comprehensive history of Potlatch Lumber Company's logging camps in North Idaho, Camp L was located on Swamp Creek and operated from 1934 to 1938. More specifically, the logging camp was located in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 38 North, Range 3 East Boise Meridian.
