I purchased this book to suppliment my workouts dietary needs. But I found that there weren't any recipes I hadn't already found by searching online. This book is quiet terse-- and if you aren't knew to body building it's going to reinforce what you already know.

For someone who is a complete beginner, perhaps this is worth your money; but to anyone with experience, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this cookbook.

Overall, I liked reading this book. Most of the meals can be prepared in about 15 to 30 minutes, the majority of the recipies are fairly good, a nice collection of low carb & high protein recipes. One of the things I like about this book is that I don't need to buy any fancy equipment to get started cooking, a grill or saucepan is enough. The book also covers the basics of good exercises to build muscle & bodybuilding nutrition.
