If anyone is interested in personal fitness, this book is a must read. This is an excellent book that will help prepare you for the AFAA Personal Training certification course

If anyone is interested in personal fitness, this book is a must read. Be aware that most chapters go into a much more indepth explanation of topics than you might be expecting. Also, I was impressed with author and many of the contributing writers, which included MD's, RN's, PhD's and RD's. This is an excellent book that will help prepare you for the AFAA Personal Training certification course. I recommend that you purchase and read this book prior to taking the PT exam.
