This is a great Taichi Master and the book is done very well. Excelent pictures detailing the positions and very simple explainations. Additional comments are also excelent and paramount to the understanding of the form

The instructions are straight forward and illustrations are clear. This is a set of exercises almost any age can use and has a purpose easily absorbed by anyone.

This book has all of the excercises and shows them in an easy to follow format. I showed my Tai Chi instructor and he thought it would be beneficialto have the book. What I did not realize though, is that we do Liangong as three different sets and this book does not separate the excercises that way.
