I was introduced to Kum Nye during a 10-day silent retreat. It was incredible for relaxing the muscles and enhancing body sensations. I bought this book to learn more. It is terrible. The pictures are done well and it is a nice presentation, but it does not get to the heart of Kum Nye. This book is similar to conventional Hatha Yoga. I was disappointed.

This book helped me feel my best at a time that I was not even aware that I could deserve it. Times were not easy and the people around me were not on my wavelength. The exercises when done for 1 hour 5 nights a week activated this incredible power within at a time and that was in just one week. Tarthang Tulku has a good writing style that primarily helps one's feeling side but also is practical enough for the thinking part. Really awakens the senses for me.
