They knew the Imperials were monitoring the hangar. Clive was familiar with Theed and led them through the streets. The people of Naboo are no fans of the Empire, Clive told them. Just follow me. I know Theed well. I don’t need a tour of cantinas, Ferus told him suspiciously. I can show you those, too, mate. But let’s start with some contacts. I know a former captain in the army who can help us-Gregar Typho. I know him, Keets said. I interviewed him a couple of times. Senator Amidala trusted him.

Book 4. Death on Naboo. Malorum paused outside the airlock to the Emperor's private office, high on the top floors of the Senate office building. He had undergone the weapons scan. As the Emperor's most loyal subject, it was a process he found insulting, but he had to submit to it.

Chapter one. Meetings with the Emperor were always unnerving. Malorum just hoped this one wouldn't be fatal.

My son reads a lot of the Star Wars series and this is one of his favorites. He also likes the Jedi Apprentice books (which take place before Star Wars I - The Phantom Menace, and the Boba Fett series that takes place around the same time as the Clone Wars series. He reads all of these books so fast I can hardly keep him in them! He's finished all 18 of the Jedi Apprentice books and is seven or eight into the Boba Fett series. I get the Boba Fett series on my Kindle, but he is not allowed to take electronics to school, so I get this series in paperback so he has books to bring to school with him.

This is as consistently good as the others. Obi-wan is still there in the background; only mentioned, never seen. Boba has fallen to the wayside, for now anyway. Not even a mention. I think that is a good thing. I still haven't been sold on Boba being in the series. I mean, yeah, they needed someone to track them down and why not use a familiar helmet, but I think he is still a hair too inexperiened to have been able to track them as well as he does. My opinion only, agree or disagree if you like.
But the story is going in a good direction I think. The books are very well written and Jude Watson does a good job intertwining the plot lines together. Book five is awesome as well.
So, all in all, if you've enjoyed the series so far, you'll love this.

I am really happy to have another Jedi story to read. I only wish that this and the rest of the series was on Kindle, It would have been nice to have all 10 of the episodes in one place.

I buy these for my grandson to get him off video games for a while. He enjoys them ,and it helps him keep up on his reading skills during the summer. I buy them used from various sellers and have yet to get a bad book.

The condition of this book was not as advertised and somewhat disappointing. My son can read it, no problem, but it came incredibly tattered.
It was a good read.
