I thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Flannagan's Trumpet! There were well thought out characters, a good story line, and . Enjoy C. Cookson's writing, however, this book was not Mrs. Flannagan's Trumpet. It was the digital version of Miss Mary Crawford. Flannagan's Trumpet! There were well thought out characters, a good story line, and enough of a mystery to make it more than interesting. I'm in the process of reading the rest of her books. I already own the Miss Mary Crawford book and do not understand why the digital book is not as listed.

I just started reading Catherine Cookson again, and wonder where have these books been hiding! I thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Flannagan's Trumpet!
There were well thought out characters, a good story line, and enough of a mystery to make it more than interesting. I'm in the process of reading the rest of her books. Highly recommended for a quick read.
