Stand alone or series: Book 4 in the Moon Crush/Last Survivors/Life As We Knew It series. On the one hand, I appreciate Susan Beth Pfeffer’s creation of such an utterly shitty character – that takes guts, and I’m not opposed to unlikable protagonists. How did I get this book: ARC from the publisher (at BEA). Format (e- or p-): Print. That said, what kills me about Jon is how he is painted in a sympathetic light to the readers.

The Night the Moon Slept, by Susan K Baggette is a cool book. i took the moon for a walk" by carolyn curtis - it is beautifully illustrated and a wonderful story - it also has fun moon facts in the back for when your toddler is ready for them! my jake loves this book, we read it every night before bed, and i sometimes see him climbing in his rocker with it during the day to "read"!
