I have had this cookbook for years and when my mother-in-law needed to begin a vegetarian/vegan diet I knew this would be a fun addition. She is thrilled with the beutiful pictures and tasty recipes. Not all are meatless of course but enough.
Up to the William-Sonoma standards. I had started collecting the Kitchen Library but missed a few or loaned them out and not returned, so glad to be able to find this.
