I love all Steve Raichlen cook books, and this one is right up there with my favorites. I've made a number of dishes from this book so far and all have been amazing. One of the reasons I enjoy this one in particular is because I'm not much of a griller - my husband is. My husband is also the better cook in the house. However there are recipes in this one that don't require a grill, are simple and quick to make on a busy week night and that make me look like a total rock star in the kitchen. For example - I made the Chicken and Mango Stir fry last night and it was a total hit with my whole family (even my picky little eaters). Of course there's also the whole healthy part of it too.
