This book is fantastic. One person found this helpful. The recipes in this cookbook take you from Sunday night supper to Wednesday night potluck. It has the conventional such as roast pork and then the more adventurous such as 'pork salad with mustard soy sauce' or 'medallions of pork with braised fennel and apple-mustard wine sauce'.

There are a lot of options for leftovers in this book but the problem is that the master recipes are a little bland or are things that I would not normally make. Also 150 variations for the second time around is stretching it a bit much. Some of the sections have like 8 different types of salads- I could have thought of that myself. And there are only two types of vegetables featured in the vege section: green beans and beets. I dont know about you, but I dont cook a whole lot of beets. Overall I'd say it is all right for ideas but probably won't be a frequent go to.
