I keep referring to this book for recipes and every time that I need a pep-talk after eating too much foods that make me feel heavy and bloated. I have been dabbling with this eating plan for years on-and-off and now I stay on it with interspersed additions of non-plant-based foods. It's still a great reference and I received the book in great condition.

This was a great book. I found the plan easy to follow since there was no measuring portions. I could eat until I was full. Even though I don't spend all of my life on this plan, I still use some of the recipes just because they taste so good!

We followed the plan in this book a couple of years ago and shed pounds and felt great!! More energy than we've had in years. This particular version is a black and white, not glossy version, which is a shame as I originally owned the full colour glossy version and it was much more pleasant visually to use.
But highly recommend this way of eating!

This book takes the guess work out of detoxing and the recipes are straighforward (and taste great, too!). We used a lot of the recipes after we had finished detoxing. Carol Vorderman is straight talking and personable. The book is easy to read, easy to follow and this is a book you'll go back to again and again.
