I am probably dating myself, but I really enjoyed reading a book without explicit sexual acts, graphic violence perpetrated on people and extremely foul language. I really enjoyed the story and the characters. And it kept me guessing...did not expect the ending.

The story takes place in Bergen, Norway which was of particular interest to me, having visited there myself. Well written.
Again, love this author. Just an enjoyable mystery.
