In this meandering but charming book, Robinson, the controversial gay Episcopal bishop of New Hampshire .

In this meandering but charming book, Robinson, the controversial gay Episcopal bishop of New Hampshire, addresses sexuality and theology. He argues that the cause for which the planets seem to be aligned today is full civil rights of GLBT people. I would love to see another volume some day, where he tells us what it was like be in the "eye of the storm", but for now, this volume was actually (if you think about it a little) a far more effective "weapon" in his arsenal of intelligent respect for others - even his enemies - than any flogging of those who have misused his.

WHEN Bishop Orris G. Walker J. leader of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island . He said he, his wife and surviving son would remain at the deanery near the cathedral until Bishop Walker put the terms of his dismissal in writing

WHEN Bishop Orris G. leader of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island, announced this month that he had asked for the resignation of Dean James J. Cardone, the pastor of the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City, many parishioners were stunned by what seemed an abrupt and badly timed decision. He said he, his wife and surviving son would remain at the deanery near the cathedral until Bishop Walker put the terms of his dismissal in writing. 'In my opinion, he is a disgusting, despicable excuse for a human being, and he should have been removed from the church years ago,'' Dean Cardone said in a telephone interview last week.

And into the eyes of the man who had just murdered the two police officers. She hadn’t told him about the baby yet; for some reason that was what she thought of at that moment.

And into the eyes of the man who had just murdered the two police officers. The tiny life growing inside her. Her heart hammered. The colors of everything in the room seemed to cut through the air with a distinctiveness she could barely understand. He hadn’t bothered to lower the barrel, and it was pointed at her stomach.

Book by Bishop, Joseph P.

Gunos
Joseph P Bishop's book is not the problem. His hypocrisy is the problem. If you knew how "Reverend" Bishop misused the trust of his young parishioners you would be appalled that you are reading his work. Even children his late son's age.

Lil McGill you couldn’t be more wrong!
