I think I said after the first book in this series (A Stolen Heart) that I could not wait for the second and I was right. I am sure there are a few flaws in this book as in the first one; but I enjoyed it so much I cannot remember them.

I got this bok from the local library and totally loved it!! I love period romanes and this one was great. I am curently looking for the next one after this (I was hooked after reading the first several pages in the backof Promise Me Towmarrow). Promise Me Tomorrow is book 2 in The Lost Heirs series by Candace Camp. Candace Camp brings interesting characters to life. This historical romance will delight readers with mystery, intrigue, vivid descriptions, deception, attempts at murder, and, of course, love. I really enjoyed this book. This is definitely not a stand-alone story, but this series is so worth reading There were some hilarious moments with Marianne’s family.
