Livina
I spent four years in Crystal City and knew this family well. Their daughter, Kay, was a great friend and we spent lots of afternoons after school riding horses at her house. Fine upstanding ranch folks. Great read, Mr. Kingsbery. Thanks for the memories! Recommend this to anyone who loves ranching or just a good story!

Received quickly and as advertised!

Entertaining, down to earth stories about life in south Texas brush country. Jack's tales are short, realistic remembrances of ranch life.
ME
Mr. Kingsberry led a very interesting life. Some of his stories make ME sore! The most interesting thing is his ingenuity. He wasn't just some dumb cowpoke, he was a successful business man, although you can tell that he must of been one heck of a cowman as well.
