This book too, Daughter of an Empress was a book I quite found by.

This book too, Daughter of an Empress was a book I quite found by accident scrolling all the books of this site. I am a huge fan of Russian history, historical fiction, and the great novelists of the golden era of Russia (Tolstoy and the like) so this was a real treat to come upon. I thought it quite good book actually and was absorbed to the last page. While I enjoyed all of Mrs. Muhlbach books this is her best. The daughter in question is the daughter of Catherine the Great who must be desposed of for Catherine's security on the throne.
