Tis Pity She's a Whore (original spelling: 'Tis Pitty Shee's a Whore) is a tragedy written by John Ford. 1626 or between 1629 and 1633, by Queen Henrietta's Men at the Cockpit Theatre. The play was first published in 1633, in a quarto printed by Nicholas Okes for the bookseller Richard Collins. Ford dedicated the play to John Mordaunt, 1st Earl of Peterborough and Baron of Turvey.

Tis Pity She's a Whore (1632) rewrites Romeo and Juliet with brother-sister incest and a violent revenge action. Ford writes in an unusually plain, lyric style that resembles that of passionate and melancholy speech. Perkin Warbeck (1633) is the last of the history plays. In it, the pretender to the throne of Henry VII hardly makes much pretense to establish his legitimate claims.
