this book provides a correct and comprehensive description of an advanced area of material science and technology. The book is clearly written and well illustrated and can be understood by readers with different backgrounds and levels of qualification. I read 90 percent of this book for my class and it helped to understand the topics of composite materials. This book was not very useful for the mathematics of composites and I had to reference several other books to get better understanding.

Cambridge Core - Materials Science - An Introduction to Composite Materials - by T. 1995; Hull and Clyne 1996b; Yang et al. 1997; Eitan et al. 2006).
