Details of heat exchanger mechanical design, fabrication, and construction are not well-covered in this book. both writers of the book performed an excellent work on summing up all up to date data on heat ex-changer design problems. this book (only for graduate and already engineers)- would be an amazing text book.

It's a handy book, but not a must have. I design S&T exchangers for a living, and I do think it's a decent read, but if you have to pick a book for a GO TO manual... there are betters ones out there.
