George S. Morrison is professor of early childhood education at the University of North Texas, where he teaches courses on early childhood education and development to undergraduates and mentors masters and doctoral students.

Professor Morrison’s accomplishments include a Distinguished Academic Service Award from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Outstanding Service and Teaching Awards from Florida International University, and the College of Education Faculty Teaching Excellence Award at the University of North Texas. Morrison is Professor of Early Childhood Education in the Department of Teacher Education and Administration, and a Next Generation Course Redesign Faculty Fellow in the College of Education at the University of North Texas. He teaches courses in early childhood education and teacher education to undergraduate and graduate students.
