Time to Pee! is a children's picture book by Mo Willems. The book's instructions are presented by a group of mice toting signs and banners. Willems joked in an interview, "My basic theory is that kids will never listen to adults, but they will listen to an infestation of mice.

Toilet training has never been such an adventure as when it is introduced by popular cartoonist Mo Willems. My two-year old son loves this book. He isn't potty trained yet, but we're working on it. This book has certainly helped. When he uses the potty, we say 1-2-3 Pee!, which is from the book. And he's thrilled about getting a sticker for the enclosed sticker chart each time he goes. We're Mo fans! We also love "Time to Say Please" by Mo Willems.

We first got this book at the library - ran out of renewals and then knew we had to get it for our collection. I learned so many little gems in this book. Things to say like don't panic! don't fret! walk down the hall into the bathroom! It takes potty training from this BIG THING into something manageable - it's all good. This is a must have for every potty training family.

I read some positive and negative reviews before purchasing this book. My son is 2 yrs + 3 months and we are trying to start the potty training process. While we haven't made it to the stages of using the potty, my son LOVES this book! While I thought it was a bit silly and too basic, he requests to read this every night at bedtime. I try to make references during the day "when you get that funny feeling" so he starts putting everything together. We even talk about using the stickers once he starts using the actual potty. I would recommend this book as it's a cute story that my son obviously likes, but I wouldn't say that it has worked any miracles... yet!

My daughter really enjoyed this book while potty training. It's fairly simple, but she requested it frequently. The included potty training chart with stickers is a great addition. We didn't use the days of the week function of it, we just let our daughter put any sticker, anywhere she wanted on the chart. Some of the stickers say "great" or "nice job," while others say "good try" or "maybe next time." We just treated them all the same. In the book, the words and ideas are simple, basic instructions. The illustrations are cute. Worth it.

I was expecting more from Mo. The book comes with a sticker chart which is a nice touch, but the story is boring. My toddler is a big fan of the "Don't let the pigeon series.." and the "Knuffel Bunny" series and he wouldn't even sit through this story. It is quite dumbed down and just isn't as funny as the others.

My 2 year old son loves the illustration and simple read. We taped the weekly chart that comes with the book on the bathroom wall and I hand out stickers of his choice when he attempts to go potty whether he's successful or not. I also photo copied a few of the pages from the book for a few of the most important steps & taped them above our toilet so it helps my son remember the potty steps and to wash his hands! Visual learning...and it has given him confidence & encouragement to go. Best part is that it makes it Fun and that really helps my son want to go potty on his own. I highly recommend it.. Great baby shower gift too!

We have been struggeling with our 3 1/2yo daughter to get her potty trained. I read the reviews on this book and was quite impressed by the other mother's comments so I said "what the heck". AND for the price I could not beat it. Received the book in a timely fashion. The description of the books condition was very accurate. I would use this seller again. I was not to impressed with the book BUT I gave the book 5 stars because my daughter loved the book. It was read everytime she sat on the potty. In a matter of 3 days she was trained. Praise God!! Finally my last one potty trained. Even though I was not impressed with the book I would recommend it to mother's because for some reason kids just get it.

We read this book every night while we potty trained our younger son. Now he likes to read it just for fun. The story is wonderful and I think resonates more with kids than the cutesy books about learning to use the potty. It covers the "funny" feeling when you have to go as well as accidents all while reinforcing the idea that everything will still be as it was once you return from the bathroom.
My 5 year old son has this book memorized he loves it so much. He still laughs just about every time we read it.
