This book is clearly written, straightforward, and very informative regarding school law. Each chapter has case studies that help the reader to consider how the law will actually play out in various situations. What may also be a necessary companion to this book is a guide to the reader's home state laws regarding schools, because this book is non-state-specific.

I would look around for a more current law guide. This is ok but soem of the information is outdated.
