Lonesome Orange Kid
I have only sampled most of these songs. I did, however, sing 'Arise My Love, And Come Away' for my brother's wedding and the congregation seemed to respond well. The accompaniment is very pleasant and works well with the voice. I would recommend for anyone who sings in church or just wants to have some good songs to learn.

Very nicely done collection of songs. Lots of different moods and textures. Very nice for competition. Accompaniments are not for a beginning pianist, but very fun to play for those of us bored with the typical broken chords.
Chuynopana
Some songs are not familiar. But good for what it is.
Sadaron above the Gods
I love his other books but this one did not have any arrangements I particularly cared for.
Vutaur
Finally, settings with accompaniments that are befitting of a more advanced singer and pianist, yet easily put together with only one rehearsal!
Fearlessrunner
It would have been great... but it isn't what I ordered. I ordered Medium High and Got Medium Low.
I like Mark Hayes stuff because it is a nice workout for both the singer and the piano player. At the sametime, the congreation loves it because it is so well put together. There are two songs from this collection which are a must have and the others are also very nice. As I've learned the hard way, watch for "Recitals" in the description of his stuff if you are looking for a collection that is suitable for just a singer and piano player. There are plenty of other books out there with easy piano parts. Mark's recital grade stuff is not for the average accompanist.
