Today we visited inside past the black velvet curtains. The permanent exhibit is a display of vibrant folk art paintings by Earl Cunningham. I enjoyed learning about the artist and also about how Marilyn Mennello acquired almost all of his works which inspired the establishment of the museum. I was very fortunate that the current exhibition featured photogravures of The North American Indian by Edward S. Curtis.
